Satcon is Back: SIC USA Acquires North American Exclusive Rights 2013/12/17
Skwentex International Corp. (SIC) and its subsidiary, SIC USA, will offer Taiwan, North America and Europe inverter sales, parts, support and service on behalf of Perfect Galaxy International Limited, owner of all the rights to Satcon technology and trademarks.
With such a large installed base of Satcon customers in the marketplace, SIC USA has committed to offering the full line of Satcon parts and products so customers can continue to support their investment.
The terms of the agreement include exclusive rights to sell inverters, parts and service in North America, Europe and Taiwan. SIC has assigned rights of use to its wholly owned subsidiary, SIC USA, to manage the North America and European business.
