Dear Satcon™ Customer:
On September 3, 2013, Skwentex International Corporation (SIC) announced that they entered into an exclusive partnership with Great Wall China to supply inverters, parts and service to customers and partners with all Satcon™ products. The terms of the agreement include exclusive rights to sell inverters, parts and service in North America, Europe and Taiwan. SIC has assigned rights of use to its wholly owned subsidiary, Skwentex International Company USA LLC (SIC USA LLC), to manage the North America and European business.
SIC USA will offer Help Desk diagnostic services and phone support along with customer training classes. This will enable you to continue to manage your Satcon™ systems and maintain production. We offer support to assist in diagnosis and repair your problems on site either through telephone support or on-site from a technician from our network of distributors and partners.
